The minimum charge varies based on the date/year that you selected. You will be responsible for the minimum or 70% of your estimated order, whichever is higher, and this entitles you to 2 hours of serving time. Additional time may incur an overtime charge of $250 per half hour. Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your event location.
